Florida, with rampant Medicare fraud and a highly litigious environment

Maryland, with physician saturation and high cost of living

 

Great Lakes and North Central Region
Illinois, with physician saturation, expensive malpractice and high tax burden

 

Northeast Region
Connecticut, with high cost of living, low average physician compensation and high physician density
