The questions are:
1. Do I believe in the concept?
2. Will I have a voice in the decision making?
3. Am I prepared to let data take center stage?
4. Will this ACO help me down the right road?
5. What are the means by which this ACO will identify at-risk patients?
6. Do I play well with others (and do I want to play with others)?
7. Does the ACO understand the financial risk?
