25 to 49 — 10 percent
50 to 75 — 24 percent
76 to 99 — 19 percent
100 to 124 — 20 percent
125 to 149 — 13 percent
150+ — 7 percent

Number of minutes spent with each patient:

Fewer than nine — 6 percent
Nine to 12 — 30 percent
13 to 16 — 32 percent
17 to 20 — 25 percent
21 to 24 — 0 percent
25 or more — 6 percent
