Aurora Spine announced that the first U.S. surgical implant of its ZIP ULTRA Minimally Invasive Interspinous Fusion System was performed at Southern California Hospital in Culver City.
The procedure was performed by Ian Armstrong, MD, a surgeon who focuses on neurosurgery, microsurgery and spinal instrumentation. Dr. Armstrong is the medical director of the Southern California Spine Institute.
