Physician staffing firm Jackson & Coker recently released a physician salary calculator, which provides hospital administrators and medical group managers with estimates of the fair market values of various physician compensation rates, as well as the revenue contributed by those specialties.
Pay data from 1,573 neurosurgeons was included in these figures:
Salary per hour: $332
Hourly Benefits: $66
Total hourly compensation: $398
Total annual compensation: $828,658
