Michael D. Daubs, MD, was appointed chairman of the University of Nevada's orthopedic residency program, according to an AAOS Now report.
Dr. Daubs has a special interest in spinal injury, deformity and reconstructive surgery. He is professor and chief of the orthopedic surgery division at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. His additional training includes a spine surgery fellowship at the University of Missouri School of Medicine.
