St. Mary's Medical Center in Blue Springs, Mo., announced the opening of both the Joint & Spine Institute and Surgical Institute, according to a report by The Examiner.
The institutes will be housed in a new facility. The hospital transformed what was formerly a birthing center to a surgery and recovery-focused facility. St. Mary's CEO Annette Small told The Examiner that all the rooms in the facility are private.
