Christopher Yeung, MD, and Justin Field, MD developed a spinal instrument called the RISE to help patients suffering from low back pain.
The RISE device allows for an endoscopic TLIF with an 8 mm approach. Dr. Yeung was the first surgeon to perform a mini-open procedure with the RISE expandable cage.
Drs. Yeung and Field both practice at Desert Institute of Spine Care in Phoenix.
